Project Manager (Engineering)

Location: Onsite in Mons, Belgium. Candidate must possess a valid work permit to work in Belgium.

What you will do

• Act as the owner representative and primary point of contact for AE/GC/CM and subcontractors during preconstruction.
• Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft and hard costs, insurance, and contingencies.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, and analysis to provide recommendations.
• Manage general contractors and directly contracted vendors on-site during the construction phase.
• Oversee cost and change control processes to maintain budget integrity.
• Lead the project close-out process, including the collection of warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• English speaking proficiency (knowledge of French is an advantage).
• Must possess a work permit to work in Belgium.
• Availability for a quick start.
