Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead complex automotive projects from planning through implementation and operational readiness.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, priorities, risks, decisions, and corrective actions across multiple teams.
• Work with engineering, operations, quality, legal, and other specialist teams.
• Support the deployment, testing, and validation of ADAS and automated-driving technologies.
• Coordinate operational activities, data collection, and technical data management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and communicate project status and risks to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project or program management.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and understanding of ADAS or automated-driving technologies.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects, including planning, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of vehicle testing, validation, operational processes, technical data management, and applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and data-protection requirements.
• Fluent English required, both written and spoken.
