Intermediate Project Engineer

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee multiple engineering, project management, and construction management projects.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define project objectives, execution strategies, resource requirements, plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring technical and commercial delivery.
• Execute projects through quality and management systems and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor project performance, identify variances, implement corrective actions, and report status to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience managing medium to large capital projects from design through construction and commissioning.
• Excellent health and safety record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding and experience of project controls and governance across the full project lifecycle.
• Advanced project management qualification is preferred.
