What you will do

• Own deal strategy for complex, high-risk international transactions, advising leadership on pricing, packaging, and negotiation.
• Review and approve non-standard transactions to ensure alignment with revenue recognition and legal policies.
• Act as the primary connector between Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to resolve conflicts and drive alignment across time zones.
• Scale the Quote to Order process by codifying best practices and driving the adoption of AI tools.
• Support the International Deal Desk team through hiring, coaching, and setting operational standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-scale transactions autonomously.
• Experience designing or evolving deal desk policies, pricing frameworks, and approval processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, with CPQ experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with channel selling models and cloud marketplaces.
• Must be based in London, UK.
