Corporate Actions Officer (FinTech)

What you will do

• Identify, gather data for, allocate, and update corporate actions across the Wrap Platform.
• Process and settle corporate distributions, dividends, fund closures, mergers, and share class conversions.
• Manage corporate actions from initial notification through file closure, investigating and resolving issues.
• Reconcile and pay income to client accounts while resolving related cash and asset breaks.
• Coordinate with custodians, fund managers, risk champions, senior officers, clients, and internal departments.
• Maintain event diaries, audit daily postings, monitor client reports, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service, such as in retail or a contact centre.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services and understanding of FCA regulations are desirable.
