What you will do

• Reconcile collections and repayments between platform and bank transactions daily for core UK products.
• Prepare and execute bank transfers with multiple banking partners, ensuring strong controls.
• Monitor platform liquidity, identify funding needs, and support cash management.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Data Science, and Product teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain auto auction proceeds by analysing invoices and allocating costs to investors.
• Support product maintenance through financial oversight, calculations, and checks.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, analysis, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with reconciliations (bank, cash, payments, collections).
• Familiarity with executing payments, bank transfers, and multiple bank accounts.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines in time-sensitive environment.
• Proven track record of process improvements and delivering outcomes.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, organisational skills, and self-sufficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite (Sheets).

Nice to have

• 2+ years in finance, preferably fintech or financial services; accounting qualification.
• Experience in lending, payments, consumer credit, or loan servicing.
• Work with multiple banking partners or payment rails; product launches.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots).
• SQL, BI tools, automation, or AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
