What you will do

• Lead Team Leads, overseeing succession and workforce planning.
• Own delivery across multiple frontend teams to ensure predictable execution and alignment.
• Drive a data-informed engineering culture focusing on metrics, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for frontend architecture and overall technical health.
• Build and scale an organization of approximately 25 engineers.
• Proactively identify and resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript in large-scale systems.
• Deep architectural expertise in build systems, CI/CD, and modular architecture.
• Experience working with platforms, design systems, or developer tools.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and lead multiple teams.
