What you will do

• Define and execute a scalable, API-first technology strategy across iGaming, trading, and fintech.
• Design and own a modular architecture connecting internal services with third-party platforms.
• Build, scale, and lead engineering teams across backend, platform, DevOps, data, and integrations.
• Lead the design and development of new products from scratch and own end-to-end engineering delivery.
• Manage vendors across gaming, payments, trading, CRM, and KYC/AML platforms, including build-versus-buy decisions and negotiations.
• Own security, resilience, data integrity, compliance, and performance visibility across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in iGaming, fintech, trading, payments, or multi-brand platform environments.
• Strong track record of building products from scratch and scaling engineering organizations.
• Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems alongside internal development.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments such as iGaming, CFDs, or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of iGaming platform components, including PAM, aggregators, wallets, bonus engines, and CRM.
• Russian-speaking candidate required; must be based in Cyprus or willing to relocate to Cyprus within three months.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, or Engineering Director.
• Deep expertise in API-driven architecture, integrations, and distributed systems.
