What you will do

• Define and execute the technology strategy and scalable API-first architecture across iGaming, trading, and fintech.
• Build and lead engineering teams covering backend, platform, DevOps, data, and integrations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of internal products and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Manage the vendor ecosystem, including gaming providers, aggregators, payment systems, trading platforms, CRM, and KYC/AML tools.
• Establish security, resilience, data integrity, compliance, and operational risk practices.
• Partner with product and commercial teams to align platform capabilities with growth and revenue objectives.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in iGaming, fintech, trading, payments, or multi-brand platform environments.
• At least two years in a CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, or Engineering Director role is preferred.
• Russian-speaking candidate required.
• Cyprus-based or willing to relocate to Cyprus within three months.
• Experience building products from scratch, scaling engineering teams, and managing complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience in regulated environments and strong knowledge of iGaming platform components such as PAM, aggregators, wallets, bonus engines, and CRM.
