What you will do

• Lead and mentor two GenAI teams, managing roadmaps and ensuring project delivery for conversational agents.
• Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and deliverables.
• Drive the development of conversational agents from initial concept through production deployment.
• Research advanced AI technologies and integrate external APIs and services into AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 6+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Python (FastAPI, asynchronous programming, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic) and TypeScript (NestJS).
• Experience designing AI agents using LangGraph and/or LangChain, including graph-based workflows and tool calling.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts: RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, and observability.
• Proficiency in designing REST APIs with SSE/WebSockets and working with PostgreSQL.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases or columnar data warehouses like Vertica.
• Familiarity with AWS, boto3, MCP, A2A, or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience with feature-flagging platforms such as Unleash or LaunchDarkly.
• Use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
