What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients to support and grow existing accounts.
• Manage internal documentation and project tracking to ensure alignment with client specifications.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to implement strategic account plans.
• Brief project teams on client requirements to ensure effective scoping and delivery.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables and proactively manage potential client or revenue risks.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue growth targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within a digital or marketing agency.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with a client-service orientation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
