TL;DR
SAP Project Manager (ERP): Leading end-to-end SAP program delivery including SuccessFactors and S/4HANA with an accent on SAP Activate methodology and project governance. What you will do
- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, from planning and design to deployment and operations.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring alignment with client HR and business requirements.
- Oversee delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, and RISE-based transformation programs.
- Drive project governance, RAID management, and communication via steering committees.
- Manage project financials, timelines, and vendor engagement to ensure on-budget delivery.
- Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale programs.
- Strong delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Activate methodology.
- Expertise in S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or RISE with SAP.
- Must possess legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand (no sponsorship provided).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
