What you will do

• Deliver a best-in-class onboarding program for all new SDR hires in APJ.
• Build and run enablement programs focusing on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Proactively manage multiple enablement projects to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Lead impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for various seniority levels.
• Collaborate with SDR leaders, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing to identify regional needs.
• Localize global enablement content and develop APJ-specific materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or enablement role (e.g., SDR, BDR, AE, or SDR leadership).
• Exceptional group facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Strong understanding and practical application of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of GDPR data and communication policies.
