What you will do
- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Drive business development activities, including bid strategy, financial structuring, and team selection.
- Maintain a strong project pipeline and identify new business opportunities in the APAC region.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members to foster an inclusive environment.
- Oversee contract and financial management requirements for large-scale initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at senior leadership levels.
Requirements
- Must have valid work rights in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in consulting or project management environments.
- Proven track record in business development and leading government tenders.
- Strong financial, commercial, and technical writing acumen.
- Ability to travel throughout the APAC region as required.
