What you will do

• Lead new product development (NPD) and cross-functional business projects from initiation through commercialization.
• Develop business cases, project objectives, and detailed statements of work in partnership with functional teams.
• Manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication strategies.
• Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to communicate progress and risks to senior leadership.
• Proactively identify dependencies and risks, developing and executing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Drive accountability and collaboration across matrixed teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within a regulated or complex business environment.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMP certification preferred).
• Must be based in Brisbane, Australia.

• Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts, process mapping, and operational excellence methodologies.
