What you will do

• Drive the implementation of Energy Building Management Systems (BMS) on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Refrigeration, HVAC, Lighting, Security, IT, and Facilities Management.
• Oversee control system deployments, legacy transitions, and remote monitoring integration.
• Manage multiple vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor project team members and business partners to build long-term capability.
• Identify risks and manage program dependencies to report on performance and benefits.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects with benefits exceeding $5M.
• Proven track record in sustainable energy program implementations within commercial environments.
• Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile).
• Technical understanding of integrations between IT, security, and building management systems.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne and be willing to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail or hospitality environments.
• Background in large-scale or national BMS rollouts.
• Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or Electrical Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
