What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of work package activities, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate work across functional, technical, and testing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with appropriate escalation.
• Support project governance, status reporting, and steering committee inputs.
• Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and cross-team discussions.
• Monitor resource allocation, workload balance, and forecasting for the work package.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing projects within large SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP program structures and delivery life cycles.
• Proven ability to manage plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Experience with structured governance frameworks in complex enterprise or government environments.
• Australian Citizenship and mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery methods in SAP programs.
• Knowledge of government program management frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ALM tools, or equivalent platforms.
• NV1 Security Clearance.
