Salary: €40,000 – €60,000

What you will do

• Own the entire customer journey including acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion, and retention.
• Optimize the trial experience and early onboarding to drive self-serve expansion.
• Define how AI agents replace traditional UX, guidance, and onboarding flows in a complex B2B product.
• Collaborate daily with tech, design, Sales, CX, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Implement high-impact growth initiatives to help scale the business 10x within 2-3 years.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving measurable business/product growth.
• Direct experience with Product Led Growth (PLG) specifically in the B2B space.
• Strong product sense and understanding of user-centric design principles.
• AI-first mindset with experience designing products where AI reshapes user workflows or interfaces.
• Excellent prioritization and execution skills to manage multiple high-impact projects.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain (80% attendance required).
