TL;DR
Product Manager, Procure-to-Pay (AI): Defining and scaling AI-powered procurement, accounts payable, invoice capture, approval, and payment workflows natively within Oracle NetSuite with an accent on agentic automation, financial compliance, and user trust. Focus on designing guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, translating complex finance workflows into intuitive software, and balancing roadmap delivery with live-product quality and technical debt.

What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and priorities for the Procure-to-Pay domain.
- Lead discovery, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of procurement, vendor management, accounts payable, invoice capture, approvals, and payment features.
- Drive agentic AI capabilities for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing, including guardrails, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing throughout the Agile lifecycle and support go-to-market enablement.
- Manage backlog, stakeholder alignment, UAT, internal training, third-party integrations, and technical debt reduction.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback while ensuring intuitive UX and compliance with global financial and tax standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of P2P, AP, or procurement products.
- Experience building with AI daily and shipping AI or agentic features to production.
- Hands-on finance experience as a practitioner or close partner to AP, procurement, or controllership teams.
- Experience taking product roadmaps from discovery through launch and owning live products at scale.
- Strong Agile/Scrum skills and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard.
- Proven success working in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams and translating compliance logic into simple software.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or another native ERP platform.
- Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Ramp, or OCR/document capture.
- Understanding of VAT, GST, and sales-tax logic across multiple jurisdictions.
- Finance, accounting, or procurement certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPIM.
- Experience scaling products in Series C–D environments.
