Manager - BCG Vantage, Data and Digital Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Advise clients and case teams on data and digital platform strategy, architecture, enterprise AI, agentic platforms, cloud modernization, and technology sourcing.
• Develop and manage AI-enabled digital products, diagnostic tools, benchmarking solutions, and optimization assets.
• Define product roadmaps with topic leadership and keep assets differentiated, current, and commercially relevant.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with engineering and data teams in an agile environment.
• Support proposals, marketing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities.
• Train, coach, mentor, and potentially line-manage junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in data and digital platforms, AI, or digital product development and management; alternatively, 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in data and digital platform strategy and architecture, enterprise AI or GenAI, agentic platform enablement, cloud and infrastructure modernization, or technology sourcing.
• Experience applying AI or GenAI in a product or business context.
• Strong understanding of modern data and technology architectures and the ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Fluency in English required.
