Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions (Cybersecurity)

Location: Spain; remote-first work environment.

Salary: €76,000–€98,400 EUR per year base salary, with no variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own a core area of the hirify.global XDR roadmap from requirements through shipped and iterated product capabilities.
• Drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network environments.
• Expand telemetry and integrations with hirify.global data and third-party EDR, cloud, identity, and network sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management, including exploitability- and reachability-based prioritization and remediation workflows.
• Translate customer input and hirify.global Security Labs research into clear product requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the product with senior security stakeholders and ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and fully air-gapped deployments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, including at least 3 years in product development or a related technical field.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics, with the ability to discuss detection engineering, correlation, and response credibly.
• Experience with heterogeneous third-party data, telemetry, integrations, security analytics, and the current cyber threat landscape.
• Technical credibility, strong requirements-writing skills, and the ability to assess architecture, feasibility, and scope.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success in a dynamic remote-first environment.
• A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security is required.

Nice to have

• Practitioner experience as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
• Familiarity with AI security and attacks against AI, ML, and agentic systems.
• Experience with exposure and vulnerability management or competitive analysis.
