What you will do

• Optimize Fincrime investigation workflows to reduce handling time and improve decision accuracy.
• Scale automation and AI-first solutions to minimize human intervention in standard cases.
• Enhance internal tooling (BizOps) for Customer Operations to streamline investigations.
• Improve demand forecasting and workforce planning to optimize capacity and costs.
• Lead a cross-functional squad comprising risk, engineering, data, ML, and operations.
• Drive cultural and process improvements for investigator skills and incentives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or scale-ups.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong understanding of automation, AI-driven tooling, and operational efficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, specifically with operational units.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed vs. accuracy trade-offs.
• Comfortable working with ML engineers on complex technical products.
