What you will do

• Lead the Payments Product team to build and scale core engines for global money movement.
• Integrate new payment schemes, banking partners, and clearing systems to enable low-cost worldwide transfers.
• Optimize global payment flows via intelligent routing, automated failovers, and smart batching to improve settlement speed.
• Drive the evolution of ledger and reconciliation systems to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance.
• Design elegant internal and external APIs that abstract the complexity of global banking for other product teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, and operations to deliver robust financial products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in high-growth fintech, payment platforms, or core infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in global payment systems, card networks, clearing and settlement, and double-entry ledger architecture.
• Technical fluency to engage in complex architectural discussions for high-scale, mission-critical systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical infrastructure strategy into clear business value.
• Analytical rigor and a data-driven mindset to track system performance and unit economics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong preference for technical or engineering coursework.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling external-facing API products.
• Previous experience managing banking and payment network partnerships or navigating global regulatory constraints.
