Salary: $250,000 - $361,000

What you will do

• Develop hirify.global OS features using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and iteration.
• Design and implement scalability solutions for code maintenance and factory onboarding.
• Manage System-on-a-Chip (SoC) integration and platform bring-up.
• Integrate third-party APIs and oversee end-to-end product development and release cycles.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance in embedded contexts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA and other development teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Jose, United States.
• 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 4+ years of C/C++ coding experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in production workflows.
• Experience developing and debugging on Linux or Android-based embedded platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Portfolio of projects where AI tools were central to the development process.
• Experience shipping production features integrating LLMs or embeddings.
• Contributions to AI tooling or custom agents to accelerate team output.
