What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade AI agentic systems and workflows involving reasoning, tool use, and retrieval.
• Architect and build comprehensive LLM evaluation systems, including LLM-as-judge workflows and regression testing.
• Develop RAG and embedding-based capabilities to facilitate enterprise knowledge access and automation.
• Build scalable Python services and platform components deployed within AWS cloud environments.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into reliable platform features.
• Establish engineering best practices for the continuous optimization of agentic systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning, or NLP.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production LLM or AI agent systems.
• Proven experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python engineering skills and experience deploying scalable software in AWS.
• Must be based in or have authorization to work in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience building or utilizing knowledge graphs for enterprise knowledge modeling and reasoning.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms or customer experience (CX) systems.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance requirements for enterprise AI systems.
