What you will do
- Design and maintain an AI-powered migration factory for legacy system modernization.
- Build agentic workflows to analyze COBOL applications and generate modern code.
- Develop Python-based services and execution pipelines for the migration process.
- Configure AI agents using Claude Code, MCP, and structured prompts.
- Implement orchestration logic for complex multi-agent modernization workflows.
- Integrate agents with source code repositories, build systems, and testing frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python software engineering.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Agentic AI, LLM, or multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering and autonomous development workflows.
- Experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic coding environments.
- Experience integrating external tools through MCP, APIs, or custom adapters.
- English level: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and repository indexing.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
