What you will do

• Architect and deploy AI agents and copilots for hirify.global TV, integrating them with internal systems, tools, and services.
• Own the full agent lifecycle from model selection and prompt design to deployment and observability.
• Implement single and multi-agent orchestration patterns, including delegation and cooperative task execution.
• Build scalable RAG and context pipelines to ensure high-quality grounding for AI systems.
• Develop tool-calling and MCP-style integrations for safe system interaction.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor conversation quality, latency, cost, and system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with C/C++ or other systems languages.
• Hands-on experience with LLM systems, including prompt design, tool use, and agent orchestration.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and conversational interfaces.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Cambridge, UK office (Hybrid attendance required Mon-Thu).

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of video, audio, or edge-device constraints (latency, cost, hardware).
• Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience implementing emerging GenAI research papers into pragmatic solutions.
