What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale AI engagements from discovery and strategy definition through to architecture and implementation.
• Design and validate AI architectures using cloud platforms such as AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Azure (OpenAI, AI Foundry), and GCP (Vertex AI).
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, GenAI workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Advise organizations on enterprise AI governance, MLOps, model lifecycle management, and scalability.
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams on agentic AI frameworks and emerging technologies.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, technical blogs, and industry conference presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI consulting, GenAI/Agentic AI development, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python and ecosystems like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Experience developing multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, and autonomous AI applications.
• Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory management, and vector databases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
