Lead Agentic AI Consultant

What you will do

• Lead AI engagements from discovery and strategy through architecture and implementation of production-ready agentic AI ecosystems.
• Translate business and operational challenges into AI use cases, solution roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Design and validate cloud AI architectures using AWS, Azure, and GCP services.
• Support proposals, GenAI workshops, proofs of concept, technical discovery, and solution positioning.
• Advise organizations on AI governance, MLOps, model lifecycle management, scalability, observability, and deployment.
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams while contributing to technical thought leadership and industry events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI consulting, Generative AI or Agentic AI development, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, with hands-on experience in Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, autonomous applications, RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory management, vector databases, and workflow automation.
• Practical experience across experimentation, fine-tuning, optimization, deployment, inference, and monitoring.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, distributed systems, Big Data, SDLC, MLOps, and AI governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a technical degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience presenting to executives and supporting go-to-market initiatives and technical pre-sales engagements.
