What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features, including assistants, copilots, RAG, and recommendation systems.
• Integrate LLM providers, enterprise data sources, and MCP-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, JS, Go, and n8n.
• Build evaluation frameworks, quality gates, and observability practices for AI solutions.
• Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities.
• Utilize AI coding assistants and engineering agents in the daily development workflow.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, and structured outputs.
• Understanding of agent architectures, MCP, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of JS and Go is a plus.
• Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Experience with AI automation tools such as n8n, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Strong knowledge of Git and production-grade software development practices.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security, and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience with databases, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• DevOps fundamentals, including Docker and basic Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, Claude Platform, or OpenAI Platform.
• English B1 or higher for documentation and team communication.
