What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI solutions by analyzing business problems and defining scalable system architectures.
• Build production-grade agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks and LLMs.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search solutions.
• Implement robust Python backend services and APIs to support AI applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to rapidly prototype and iterate on new AI capabilities.
• Drive technical quality and maintainability while contributing to overall architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience building Machine Learning systems.
• Proven ML technical leadership experience in designing end-to-end solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
• Experience building production apps using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Docker.
• Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Experience combining LLMs with Computer Vision or multimodal AI systems.
• Skills in fine-tuning foundation models or adapting open-source LLMs.
• Experience designing evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for AI.
