What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop AI architectures for Security, Risk, and Crisis Management.
• Design enterprise-grade Generative AI architectures, including complex RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary models using advanced techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and deep prompt engineering.
• Build and maintain high-throughput LLM serving infrastructure and manage enterprise vector databases like OpenSearch or pgVector.
• Develop automated anomaly detection systems and customized interactive dashboards for data visualization.
• Architect scalable data engineering pipelines and perform ETL from various data stores using complex SQL queries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using Python/R and SQL with tools like Snowflake, RedShift, or PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience building Conversational and Agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Athena, Redshift, Lambda, and SageMaker.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML) techniques, ETL design, and database theory.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field (Graduate degree preferred).
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Quick Sight.
