What you will do

• Lead operations in a large bottling and distribution facility as a key member of the leadership team.
• Coach and develop frontline employees and leaders to enhance skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to maximize output and efficiency.
• Oversee factory staffing and variable labor budgets to ensure operation at full capacity.
• Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Quality, HR policies, GMPs, and Food Safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using root cause analysis and methodologies like TPM and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of production experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in a team leadership capacity.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Strong English language skills are essential for communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in business management software (SAP preferred).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the consumer products or food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations.
• Knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, and various problem-solving methodologies.
