What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of assigned production lines, including grinding, filling, and packaging.
• Monitor product consistency, fill weights, seal integrity, and packaging accuracy.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ensure all operators follow GMPs, allergen controls, and sanitation procedures.
• Track line performance metrics, including output, downtime, and waste.
• Assist in training new operators on line-specific SOPs and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Trevose, Pennsylvania, USA
• 2+ years of food production or manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of food safety and GMP requirements.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 PM – 6 AM) and weekends (Friday-Sunday).
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience working with a CMMS system.
