What you will do

• Implement start-up models (GRPM2, ISU, G2T) to ensure successful initiative launches in alignment with global standards.
• Manage the full startup lifecycle from initial planning and risk assessment to final execution and closeout.
• Oversee the site start-up team, managing staffing, resourcing, and communication plans.
• Integrate new process deliverables into plant standard systems and maintain the Change Masterplan and Dashboard.
• Coordinate plant-level risk mitigation and serve as the primary operations point of contact for issue resolution.
• Train and qualify teams in supporting tools and conduct health checks for site performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Minster, Ohio.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership.
• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year engineering degree preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adjust schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing operations, including overtime, night shifts, and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50lbs.
