Product Manager (Fintech Integrations)

Location: Remote in Canada or the USA

What you will do

• Own fintech vendor integrations from initial evaluation and API review through certification, pilot, UAT, and production launch.
• Write PRDs, context documents, implementation guides, client test guides, release notes, and small, testable engineering stories.
• Review .NET and Angular code, assess integration reuse and technical gaps, and occasionally ship small changes through a pull request.
• Coordinate with authentication, banking core, account opening, lending, PFM, engineering, QA, implementation, vendors, and pilot clients.
• Prioritize the roadmap, align delivery with client contracts and vendor certification timelines, and manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and the Jira board.
• Create Figma designs, HTML prototypes, structured knowledge bases, and AI agent skills to automate recurring product management work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience on a B2B platform, including at least 2 years in integrations, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
• Experience shipping at least one third-party integration end to end, including vendor evaluation, requirements, certification, pilot, and production.
• Ability to read C# and TypeScript, trace code paths, estimate changes, and work with Git branches, rebases, diffs, cherry-picks, and pull requests.
• Practical knowledge of SSO and API authentication, including OAuth client credentials, token exchange, SAML, JWKS, signed URLs, and iframe postMessage.
• Ability to derive requirements from OpenAPI specifications and Postman collections and understand PCI scope.
• Understanding of fintech integrations with bank cores, credit unions, community banks, identity, payments, cards, and account data.
