Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the principal liaison for EHR delivery, documenting and translating technical requirements into system configurations and business processes.
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive customer outcomes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for all customer databases.
• Deliver high-quality training and train-the-trainer programs based on adult learning principles to support user adoption.
• Support customer change management by identifying risks to user readiness and coaching customer champions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues and identify improvements to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Experience performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations to drive operational excellence within a software organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
