Salary: $43,800 - $74,500

What you will do

  • Lead and empower a high-performing Strategic Team to ensure service excellence and measurable client impact.
  • Drive client outcomes with a target of 95%+ renewal for national employer groups.
  • Optimize workflows to ensure 95% of tickets are resolved within five business days.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and development pathways for team members.
  • Lead strategic reviews and provide trend insights to strengthen client adoption and retention.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to eliminate root causes and simplify operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work in Maitland, FL (25% Hybrid)
  • 3+ years of client or third-party administrator (TPA) experience.
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting large, complex employers (e.g., Fortune 500).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with health insurance or consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK.
