What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from implementation planning through onboarding and stabilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and operational leaders at partner organizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage project scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive customer readiness through effective change management and training strategies.
• Monitor delivery health and adoption metrics to ensure customers realize expected value.
• Continuously improve delivery methodologies, playbooks, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfer available.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of business management experience with project management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Proven ability to lead with influence and manage multiple projects in a complex environment.
• Proficiency in change management tools and processes.
