What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the largest global accounts to proactively maintain account health.
• Partner with Sales and Strategic Account teams during QBRs to translate technical performance into business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities for additional modules and integrations to support MRR targets.
• Track and drive SLA performance using data to flag risks and hold internal teams accountable.
• Lead root-cause analysis on technical issues and coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Query and analyze technical health data using SQL and lightweight scripting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical support in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Practical experience diagnosing API and webhook failures and reading system logs.
• Proficiency with SQL for independent data querying and identifying system trends.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for creating diagnostic tools and automating checks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
