Creative Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco (On-site) or Remote (US). Note: The company emphasizes a culture of working full-time and in-person at their SF office.

Krea AI is building next-generation AI creative tools designed to empower human creativity through intuitive and controllable AI mediums.

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to lead high-impact product demonstrations.
• Guide enterprise clients through onboarding, workshops, and Q&A sessions.
• Innovate and build new creative production pipelines using Krea's tools.
• Stress test the product and act as the primary voice of the customer.
• Provide critical feedback to the product team to influence feature launches.

Requirements

• Strong creative taste and a well-developed point of view on aesthetic quality.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Direct experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a creative or production context.
• Fluency with various AI creative tools beyond the Krea ecosystem.

Nice to have

• A recognized public presence as a creator with a visible portfolio.
• Existing professional relationships with creative studios, brands, or agencies.
