Salary: $74,090–$125,954 per year based on full-time employment.

What you will do

• Lead concept development with writers and strategists.
• Create visual systems, integrated campaigns, brand worlds, digital experiences, and content.
• Translate strategy and audience insights into compelling visual stories.
• Lead projects from planning through execution and present work clearly.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with production partners and internal and external teams throughout execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of art direction experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong ideas and polished execution across platforms.
• Fundamentals of photo and video direction, including lighting, composition, and pacing.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and feedback skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and curiosity about AI tools.
• A bachelor's degree in art, design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
