Salary: $312,000 – $409,500

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and develop a multi-layer SE organization including directors and principal individual contributors.
• Own the technical strategy for the Majors segment, aligning resources to revenue goals.
• Define the architectural vision for customers on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, including Snowpark and Cortex AI.
• Guide strategic accounts from AI proof of concept to production at enterprise scale.
• Serve as the executive technical sponsor for top accounts, building relationships with customer CTOs and CDOs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on enterprise field insights.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical field leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling multi-layer SE organizations.
• Deep experience architecting cloud data platforms, analytics, or AI solutions for large enterprises.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in modern data architecture and applied AI (agentic and generative AI).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms in a strategic context.
• Hands-on familiarity with Cortex AI, Snowpark, or building agentic workflows.
• Experience establishing value-engineering or technical value-selling practices.
• A network of executive relationships within Majors-caliber enterprise accounts.
