What you will do

• Lead the Mission Agents team in designing and shipping a mission console using TypeScript, React, Node, Python, and AWS.
• Guide the implementation and scaling of agentic workflows using modern agent frameworks and patterns.
• Partner with customers, designers, and product teams to align AI capabilities with real-world operator workflows.
• Define the AI-native product strategy, balancing ambitious vision with reliable execution.
• Mentor a high-performing team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of pragmatism, velocity, and ownership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Platform teams to deliver durable and reliable software.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, ideally in AI/ML or product engineering.
• 8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with strong technical judgment.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, or Pydantic AI.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Prior experience building software for defense, national security, or intelligence use cases.
