What you will do

• Lead fullstack engineering teams focused on product surfaces for restaurant owners.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and AI Agents teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Define and evolve the architecture for AI-augmented product surfaces.
• Hire, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
• Foster a culture of simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to code and architecture reviews while unblocking teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering management leading fullstack teams.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing, engaged engineering teams.
• Strong product sense with an instinct for balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like React and backend systems like Node.js.
• High degree of cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with growth or PLG (self-serve activation, onboarding, upgrade flows).
