Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 base + $60,000 – $80,000 commission + Equity

What you will do

• Build and scale the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team through strategic hiring and direct coaching of ICs.
• Lead technical evaluations and solve complex integration challenges for the world's largest engineering organizations.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to define technical strategy and drive high-value enterprise deals.
• Serve as a key link between customers and the product organization to influence the roadmap.
• Develop the team's technical depth in AI systems to ensure credible customer engagements.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience managing a Solutions Engineering team and growing ICs directly.
• Strong technical credibility with engineers and the ability to navigate complex enterprise commercial deals.
• Experience managing SE pipeline, targets, enablement, and capacity planning.
• Ability to work flexibly across timezones.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
