Principal Technical Product Owner (Digital Health)

Location: Remote, associated with Northridge, California, United States of America

Salary: $153,000–$261,000 USD annually for California roles

What you will do

• Own and drive the technical product roadmap for CareLink cloud capabilities.
• Translate customer, clinical, business, and technical needs into product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with architecture and engineering leaders to define scalable cloud architectures, APIs, data platforms, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Decompose high-level concepts into epics, features, acceptance criteria, and actionable user stories.
• Balance business value, technical feasibility, security, quality, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Quality, Cybersecurity, Clinical, and business stakeholders while monitoring product performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific discipline with 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering or a scientific discipline with 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Strong organizational acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.
• Deep expertise in software testing methodologies and quality standards or metrics.
• Experience with APIs and data platforms, including familiarity with JSON and YAML.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
