Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Claims Data)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; US-based candidates required. Work operates on US business hours. Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: Senior I $159,000–$180,000 starting salary; Senior II $185,000–$210,000 starting salary, plus equity options.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for claims data across all sources, including prioritization, investment decisions, and extensions.
• Manage external data partnerships, understand source data and usage constraints, improve data quality, and monitor the broader market.
• Own reliable, flexible claims-data ingestion across formats, including ongoing quality improvement and mapping.
• Make claims data reusable for product teams and accessible to Strategy & Operations and Solutions Engineering for client projects and analyses.
• Bring claims data into AI and analytics experiences and shape customer-facing reporting and insights for organizations sharing claims data.
• Build and maintain reusable claims dimensions and benchmarking tables.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior product management experience, ideally with direct ownership of a data-centric roadmap.
• Direct experience with healthcare claims data and pricing mechanics, including how claims are adjudicated and paid against contracted rates.
• Working knowledge of how payers, providers, life sciences companies, employers and brokers, digital health companies, and care-navigation organizations use data for decisions.
• Ability to treat internal teams as customers and balance self-directed roadmap work with timelines owned by other teams.
• Data fluency sufficient to reason about data models, tradeoffs, and definitions without owning or building the technical pipeline.
• Collaborative, low-ego working approach.
• Current authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
