Senior Product Manager, AI and Automation Platforms

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid workplace. Other locations: Atlanta, Georgia and Cincinnati, Ohio. The role can be performed in the United States.

Salary: $157,800–$265,100 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for AI and automation platforms.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate complex workflows.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop experimentation frameworks, success metrics, and product priorities.
• Drive product discovery and customer research while evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Monitor adoption, business performance, and customer outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience delivering technology products involving AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization.
• Experience managing technology products involving automation, workflows, analytics, or intelligent systems.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or workflow orchestration platforms.
• Experience launching data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Experience building zero-to-one products.
• Experience working with data science teams.
