Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (CNC Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary authority on the production floor during the 2nd shift (4 PM to 2 AM, M-F).
• Manage the setup and operation of multi-axis lathes and horizontal mills to meet production goals.
• Lead union employees, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
• Act as the technical expert to address error codes, adjust offsets, and resolve mechanical issues.
• Oversee 3-5 employees across non-destructive testing (NDT), inspection, and storeroom departments.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all parts meet tight tolerances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in a mechanical or related Engineering field.
• 1-5 years of experience in a CNC Manufacturing/Engineering environment (5+ years preferred).
• Proof of US Citizenship and attestation of no dual citizenship (required for NOFORN data access).
• Technical proficiency in CNC programming and machining operations.
• Ability to manage unionized personnel and coordinate effectively with day-shift leadership.
