Salary: $137,959 – $168,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with product management, engineering, and business operations teams to deliver critical business insights.
• Develop and maintain analytics solutions to guide strategic decision-making and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Perform deep-dive data investigations and weave findings into actionable narratives for business users.
• Manage the quality and completeness of data within the Healthcare business vertical data warehouse.
• Monitor customer behavior to identify root causes of issues and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related analytics role (or Master's degree + 3 years).
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of databases, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Knime, or similar.
• Advanced analytic skills using SAS, R, or Python, including regression, predictive modeling, and forecasting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vertica, Snowflake SQL, BigQuery, or Google Analytics.
• Exposure to ecommerce retail, sales reporting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with clickstream data and advanced data warehousing.
